This privacy policy applies to the TradeWallet app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by DevFidi (collectively, the "Application"). DevFidi is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include your device's IP address; the pages you visit, the date and time, and time spent on them; total time in the Application; and your mobile operating system. Your wallet balance, holdings, activity and stats are stored locally on your device. All assets, prices and cash in the Application are fictional and simulated for practice only.
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels and similar technologies for functionality, analytics or service delivery. Where required by law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking. The Service Provider may use provided information to send important notices and, where permitted, marketing communications.
Not Financial Advice
TradeWallet is an educational simulation using fictional assets and virtual cash. It does not execute real trades, hold real funds, or provide investment, tax or financial advice. Simulated results do not reflect real market outcomes.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent, by contacting justdonatnodesfree@gmail.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, and non-discrimination.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services. The Application uses third-party services with their own privacy policies: Google Play Services, AdMob and OneSignal. The Service Provider may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or with trusted service providers bound by this policy.
International Data Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to countries outside your residence, including outside the EEA, with appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Data Retention
- User Provided Data: retained for the duration of use plus 12 months
- Automatically Collected Data: up to 24 months from collection
- Aggregated and Anonymized Data: retained indefinitely
- Data required for legal compliance: as long as required by law
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under 16; if discovered, it will be deleted. Parents may contact justdonatnodesfree@gmail.com.
Security & Breach Notification
The Service Provider uses physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect information. If a breach affects your personal data, you will be notified in line with applicable legal requirements.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time, with material changes posted alongside a new effective date. Previous versions are available on request at justdonatnodesfree@gmail.com.
